Who is she?

With over a decade of experience in yoga and holistic wellness, Melinda has touched the lives of thousands through her classes, online content, and personal coaching. She combines her extensive knowledge of yoga, somatic therapy, and mindfulness practices to empower her audience to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.

As a devoted mother and entrepreneur, Melinda understands the challenges of balancing a busy lifestyle with personal well-being and is committed to guiding others on their journey to self-discovery and inner peace. Originally from Michigan, she currently resides just outside of Los Angeles, California.

As stated in her book, ‘The Guide To Self-Love: Master Your Morning Routine to Unlock Your True Potential to Find Peace, Happiness, and Success,’ her passion is helping others find the self-love she’s been able to find for myself. This is just the first book of many! Stay tuned for what’s next.
